How You Can Help!
Intersection Volunteer (18 years & older) – to help erect and take down barricades; monitor intersections; guide festival-goers; assist residents enter and exit their homes; help keep area clean and encourage safety. Two volunteers per intersection. Barricades weigh about 15 pounds. Shifts will be assigned week of event.
Info Stations – answer questions about activity/food locations, bike parking, public restrooms, food, lost and found, and First Aid tent. Shifts will be assigned week of event.

What happens if it rains the day of the event? We all get wet together.
Where do I park?
Information regarding parking, event placement, restrooms, set up and break down will be provided by our Logistics Team two weeks before the event date.
Do I need to bring anything to the event?
We encourage volunteers to participate at the event, including visiting the many Food and Arts & Crafts Vendors – You may want to bring cash or other forms of payment. Also, feel free to bring a pop-up chair.
What do I wear?
Evansville Streets Alive is an outdoor event. We encourage volunteers to wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes. Also be mindful of the weather, as you may want to bring an umbrella, or wear sunscreen/hat.
